If we open the upstairs we will charge $100 more per person per week. We keep the upstairs locked if no more than 6 people. There is no extra charge if a mooring is needed. This is a year-round house, so could be rented any time of year. Policies: Rates are based on 4 people per cottage. Cottages are limited to 5 or 6 people maximum. There is an extra charge of $15.00 per person per day for the 5th or 6th person. All fees are subject to a Maine State Lodging Tax of 7%. A deposit must be received within 10 days to hold a reservation. Cottages are available May thru October. Rentals are from Sat. to Sat. or Sun. to Sun. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. or earlier if porch light is "ON". Check-out time is 9:00 A.M. A deposit of 1/3 is required to reserve a cottage, 1/3 is expected Feb. 1 and remaining 1/3 plus lodging tax is due 2 weeks before arrival. Notice will be sent out in time. Two bedroom cottages are limited to 4 people. Three bedroom cottages are limited to 6 people. ***** No Pets Please ***** Due to the seasonal nature of our rentals, and the difficulty filling cancellations on short notice, we refund deposits only if your time is re-rented. We recognize that vacations represent a major investment for you and because we are not always able to re-rent your reserved time we recommend you consider vacation insurance which is available at most travel agencies.
